OUR OBJECTIVE

• Avoca Beach Rugby proposes to develop and deliver a state of the art community and sporting facility which will both support the growth of rugby and sport on the Central Coast and provide a dedicated community space for the people of Avoca Beach and its surrounds.

• The proposal aims to deliver a modern multipurpose facility that provides benefits to the Rugby Club and other sporting codes along with new public amenities for the benefit of the Central Coast Community.

• The proposal aims to deliver a modern multipurpose facility that provides benefits to the Rugby Club and othersporting codes along with new public amenities for thebenefit of the Central Coast Community.

• Avoca Beach Rugby has partnered with Pinnacle Design Architects who are experienced in designing sporting "centres of excellence" for professional sporting organisations. We will develop a proposal which delivers a facility that includes a large community style hall, commercial kitchen, public and disabled amenities and access, a modern gymnasium, medical room, change rooms and electronic capabilities. This is vitally important in the preparation of players for the more physical aspects of the game.

• The Central Coast is synonymous with attracting professional sporting teams to its shores and such a facility will enhance the opportunities here. The Rugby Club views this development as an opportunity to enhance local business and attract investment from sporting teams who would come to the Coast to use such a facility (and by doing so pour funding into local businesses).

• An important factor in this proposal is the delivery of much needed public amenities in this area as well as avenue for local community groups to meet.
